We are currently involved in both senior management and high-profile operational roles, ensuring our leadership stays hands-on and connected at every level. As Highfield-approved security trainers, we are equally passionate about developing staff and raising standards across the industry.
Garry Hogben (Director)
With over 19 years of experience in the Security Industry, I’ve working at senior management level with a portfolio of over 2,000 events. These include arenas (concerts, boxing, sporting, conferencing), large outdoor events, festivals, medical operations, specialist security deployments and traffic management.
Holding nationally recognised Level 4 Spectator Safety Management and NEBOSH qualifications, I bring a strong managerial and Health & Safety focus to every aspect of operational planning and business strategy. My goal is to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
Luke Mason (Director)
bring 24 years’ experience in the Security Industry, with a strong focus on events and specialist expertise in Response teams, Undercover work and Close Protection Operations. My background also includes Child Protection and Military Intelligence (reserves).
Holding a degree in Psychology, I apply behavioural insight and analytical thinking during our operational deployments. This approach – combined with my extensive and varied experience – provides me with a unique perspective on how best to protect people and assets.
As company directors, we are responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. We are passionate about developing our teams through our own training academy, allowing us to deliver Security Solutions that are effective and trustworthy.
